We have tested over ten different wireless transmitters and receivers ranging from a few hundred dollars to well over $5000 and have come up with a winner that is rock solid – even when a Teradek system is present and being used to send video from the camera!
Our tests were all performed while using a Teradek system broadcasting video from the camera to video village. This was done to create a real world testing environment since Teradek systems are more than likely already being used for sending video out and we want to send a Teleprompting signal in
Using the HOLLYLAND Cosmo 600 SDI-HDMI based system, we’ve added some necessary accessories to give you an extremely solid wireless system with great range – over 1000 feet.
These wireless kits are great for "Line of Sight" locations like the beach, on a golf course or on a large sound stage. They work best in an open environment.
Starting with the HOLLYLAND Cosmo 600 SDI-HDMI based Transmitter at your workstation; you can send your prompting signal via SDI or HDMI cable to the transmitter.
Simply mount the Transmitter on a C-stand by your workstation...
Connect to your computer - requires an SDI video signal or an HDMI video signal.
Then attach the Receiver to the camera, send 12V to the Receiver or to your In Your Face unit (cable available) and you're all set...
